A scheduler is not a content team
Buffer does its job well: you bring a video or a photo and a caption, and it posts them on time across your accounts, for a few dollars a channel. If your posts already exist, that may be all you need.
On a used-car lot the posts rarely exist. Each vehicle needs photos picked, a video edited, a caption written and a price checked, and that is the part that stops the feed. Karbeam does that part: paste the vehicle's link or upload its photos and it writes the voiceover, animates the photos with music and your logo, builds the For Sale post, drafts the caption, and schedules it to Instagram and Facebook.
