## Frequently asked questions

How do credits work?

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Generating a reel costs between 10 and 20 credits depending on the video duration and chosen configurations.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend choosing the plan that best matches your monthly vehicle volume.

Which marketplaces are supported?

All of them. Karbeam extracts vehicle data from La Centrale, Le Bon Coin, AutoScout24, Mobile.de, AutoTrader, and any other listing site. Paste the URL and we handle the rest.

Is there a free trial?

No. Each reel generated consumes real AI resources (voiceover, video generation, image processing) that have a real cost. Offering a free trial would not allow us to maintain service quality. That said, the Starter plan is affordable and lets you try Karbeam with no commitment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.
